I love the fact that they fill in the empty space (aka the abyss of hell) around my car's console area. Whenever my phone, coins or something relatively small falls into the slot of my console, it seems lost there forever. After 6 months I find a treasure trove of random/strange items. This is a good solution to solve this problem. Not much fits in though, maybe a letter or some papers, coins and a pack of cigarettes. It is, so don't expect to pack a ton of stuff in it. It also slides down sometimes, but I've used double sided tape to keep it securely in place and it's working fine for now. Overall I think it was a useful thing for my car.
