Wrong width as advertised

A few months ago I ordered a 50" x 12.125" width and received an 11.75" width which is too small for my 12" models. I thought it was ok, it was a coincidence and I spent a lot of time tweaking my designs because I had orders to fill. I ordered a size 12.125 for the second time thinking it was right - I just opened it up and lo and behold it's narrower than 12" AGAIN. Those of us who use 813 know we need whatever we can get. funny - I'll find someone else to order next time.
