I was skeptical as always, we used it to move the sofa bed up two steps. If you know how heavy these monsters are, you know your hands are beating. Well, when we used the straps with the shoulder strap, the weight was almost non-existent. Yes, it's still four hundred pounds. But it goes straight to your body, not your hand. I would give five stars across the board. But the straps could be a few feet longer. It would be nice to have more room to stand up and then tighten the straps more tightly. For shorter straps, each person should start with a short squat and then try to stand up. Otherwise an excellent product. You can move washing machines, fridges and chairs as if they weren't there. And the awful sofa bed is very comfortable.
