Review on 3-Piece Assorted Sizes Bamboo Cutting Board Set by Totally Bamboo by Carlos Melendez

I bought a spare kit to replace a kit that worked fine (same brand). One of the new boards came with a factory defect, when sanding, a groove formed on one of the boards. Totally Bamboo's website boasted about the quality of customer service. My experience has disproved their claim. They never responded to an email I sent 3 weeks ago using the contact information on their website. If I were to review my original kit it would be a 5 star rating, I bought the same product as a replacement. But their quality control, which allowed them to send the buyer obviously faulty goods, and total lack of reactions make one star generous. I've gone from someone who REALLY bought their product again to someone who won't buy from them again.
