Review on Gorgias by Todd Markel

I love how they're always working to improve their product! They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of customer support/helpdesk software so if you do your research before selecting them it's like choosing between 2 great companies for sure!! Nothing yet that is dislikeable but maybe some features could be better organized? Maybe add tabs or icons instead of just text in order lists would make things easier sometimes. We use this as our helpdesk system for both customers with questions regarding orders (we run an online store) & also those looking for answers related to other departments such as shipping problems etc.. It works well enough without any major issues we've come across since being introduced 3 months ago. Great live chat functionality which makes communicating with people from various time zones easy at times too. And best part - no monthly fees. Super helpful team who get back to us quickly when needed even after hours / overn.
