Great tool when communicating online

We use Gorgias to help our team communicate with customers. It's easy to set up and customize, and it's helpful for keeping track of conversations. I love that I can also easily reply directly from my inbox. Sometimes the chat window is difficult to see if you're looking at your phone or computer. This isn't a huge issue but sometimes it's hard to tell what someone has said in the chat window. There are a lot of features in this software so you don't have to worry about learning everything…

Intuitive & very helpful customer support software - worth every penny!!

I love how they're always working to improve their product! They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of customer support/helpdesk software so if you do your research before selecting them it's like choosing between 2 great companies for sure!! Nothing yet that is dislikeable but maybe some features could be better organized? Maybe add tabs or icons instead of just text in order lists would make things easier sometimes. We use this as our helpdesk system for both customers with questions…
