I have just gone thru 3 hip butt protectors with badly positioned cushions. They either miss my hip boneor just barely covers it Worse of all, they all have v-shaped cushions for the tailbone extending into the testicular region. The result is an impingemnet on my prostate. This one has a wide cutout whereas the other has a V tailbone cushion, This allows my prostate to breathe and not feel pressed against. So overallthe placement of the cushion is far superior to any of the others I tried. I wrote this so others won't have togo through hit-and-miss brands with ill-positioned cushions.
