I like that it allows you to schedule your appointment from anywhere so if there are any delays in getting them scheduled then they can be rescheduled later without having to go back into their app or website again! It's easy enough to use but also has some more advanced features as well such as reminders which helps with keeping track of who needs what when (which makes scheduling easier). Sometimes its hard to find certain things within the system depending how old/newish the software used by my clinic was built upon - sometimes this takes longer than expected because we have older systems at our office instead of newer ones. We've been able solve most problems using customer service agents though. Schedules outpatients' visits efficiently while ensuring proper follow up care after discharge.
