Review on UtilityTrakR by Norman Costello

The program has been great for our business! I was able to set up everything within hours after we signed with them and they have continued to support us as things change or if there are any issues. We were using multiple software programs prior but none of them had all features which included invoicing customers automatically (which saved me tons of work). It also allows you to track every thing from one dashboard so it's easy to see what needs attention now versus later when my brain isn't working at full capacity anymore. There really aren't many downsides other than some minor glitches here and there and perhaps an update would be nice occasionally since this seems like such a new product compared to others out there - however these types of updates happen quickly once released even though they may not seem significant enough to make big changes. Keep looking around online because there are similar products available elsewhere including ones offered by larger companies who provide better services/support etc. For example, you could We love that our utilities are consolidated into one tool and we do not have to manually enter data for bills and payments. There is no way to add new users and it is difficult to access the dashboard for customer service. We have been using UtilityTrakR for over a year now and it is not able to be customized. It is a great service and we highly recommend it! It has simplified our billing process and our customer service representatives can access all accounts via the dashboard.
