Review on Bilstein 24 239370 Shock Absorber by David Cronin

Just what my truck needs

I bought these with the intention of upgrading my 13 Tacoma Sport 4x4. But after reading on the Tacoma forums that other people were having issues with transmission vibration even on a .85, I decided to leave them at the factory settings. I use my truck as a daily driver so any weird issues just because I wanted to look better seemed ridiculous (been there, done). All I can say is that they make truck driving so much better. Other reviews and forums say the ride is a bit stiffer than the stock version. I can agree with them but I wouldn't say it's uncomfortable. They handle my poorly maintained roads much better than the standard Bilsteins. At the same time, I replaced the rear shock absorbers with factory shock absorbers. I think a mixed combination works well because they're heavy on the nose and light on the butt (I rarely tow a trailer or tow anything behind). All in all the best upgrade I have made to my truck so far.
