To be honest I've always used any random object to sculpt, I've never had a dedicated set like this. I needed better ones, but even simple wooden tools are too expensive in the shops here. This is a great kit. I was just looking for blue rubber/silicone tips as I had never seen them in stores before and came across this pack and it was too good to pass up. These are solid tools. The rubber/silicone tips are great for smoothing and shaping, the metal tools have a good weight which I wasn't expecting. A very good quality. Woodworking tools are pretty standard and that's what you would expect from them. Two of the 4 black plastic tools have a pattern (star and wavy lines) on the other end. I could have bought the set for a few bucks less and only got half the goodies this one has and this set comes with a really nice case to keep everything in it. Very happy with my purchase!
