After gifting the exact same sandwich maker to my sister and receiving great feedback from her on its performance, I decided to purchase one for myself as well. To begin, I was drawn to the device because of its appearance, which, in my opinion, is head and shoulders above that of its rivals in the same price bracket. In terms of the farm factor, the sandwich maker is more similar to a mini-grill; however, the power is, of course, less and the price is lower as well. When discussing the farm factor, one cannot avoid mentioning the handle's exceptionally high level of comfort. He takes care of his responsibilities with a vengeance and bakes hot sandwiches, toasts, and veggies to perfection. I didn't try to cook meat on it because it's still a sandwich and not a grill, but judging by the opinions of other people, it seems to do rather well with pieces of meat that aren't particularly thick. In passing, I might mention that the second sister, who also eventually got one for herself, is very happy with it. However, when our friends saw this appliance in our kitchen, they mentioned that they had such a malfunctioning version of it. However, based on the opinions of the people I know, the score is currently 3 against 1:) However, I can affirm that the sandwich maker is one appliance that I am pleased with and that I would suggest others invest in.
