I've fitted a lot of these as my last 3 cars have been Toyotas. The dealer is asking around $600 for parts + labor which is insane. It's not the easiest setup, but it's not hard science either. The only special tool I needed was a sprocket and I already had the right size one. It's much easier with 2 people or if you have 3 hands. I've done this a few times all by myself (Toyotas again and their faulty door lock actuators) - go to YouTube and watch a video of how to do this for your particular car - it's not bad. 30-45 minutes from start to finish.
