This was easy to install I hope it will last longer than the previous one which only lasted 2 years even though the unit I bought had the same part number which someone else made one so pay close attention, i installed this in a 2002 escalade, i only need 2 sockets, one 7mm one 10mm. I was working in extreme cold around 18 degrees with wind so I wedged the window pane in the up position with a small wooden wedge cut radially as I was concerned the glass would fall off after removing the old block said this block that it was made in Tiawan which I don't like but if this dispenser lasts more than 2 years I won't be buying again anyway Step 1 Lift the button assembly with a spatula it just snaps into place then take unhook the plastic knot behind the large opening lever, it also snaps into place, and take it out e 2 small screws with a 7mm socket, now lift the panel from the bottom about 2.5cm and it snaps out, pry carefully pry off the modular plugs in the button assembly and the inner panel will come loose, try this on a warmer day than mine and it does a good job.
