The quality is not the same
I have a 1980's Oneida set. It's durable and a lot thicker than those forks. It's just the right size, but they're not $18 for 4! In terms of quality, it seems to be significantly cheaper. I keep them to myself since that's the size I want, but the actual quality is barely a step above Walmart's open stock, which is $1.50 each.
