I have to admit that installing this unit is a bit difficult. The clamp is weak and tends to flex, so getting it right is a challenge. But after installation it worked great. At least initially. I had problems with the device not turning off about 3 months after installation. I contacted customer service and Aubrey responded quickly. The issue has been resolved and I'm back in business. things fail. It happens. But the customer service that was provided to me to fix the problem more than made up for the inconvenience.
