I am very dissatisfied with it. They come with cables that connect two different outputs (USB and 12V) in parallel. I've had two rejections in less than a week. In both cases, the socket simply died. I used a multimeter to make sure there was power on the wires feeding the outlets and checked the connection between the wires. In both failures, the pigtail going from the main wire to the "other" outlet lost connection. I could use a multimeter to get a signal from the input to the first female crimp but there was no connection between the first female crimp and the second. Also, 12 volt outlets are weak and don't make 360° metal contact with the walls of the outlet. So when your plug spins, it loses power. I order replacements for any other 12v outlet because I just don't like or trust them. These are power outlets, not USB ports (which work fine). Just do yourself a favor and buy another brand.
