My parrot's claws are too long. They are really needed for your bird. He doesn't like cutting them. I took him to the pet store and he bit a man. Then I took him to Bird Medical Center and he bit him too. He likes to sit on me, but he doesn't like being grabbed and held upside down. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle. Instead, just buy them. They cut the bird's claws. I also hold other perches without them so his legs don't get hurt.
