Review on 🔌 Scotch Super 33+ Black Vinyl Electrical Tape: 3/4 in x 66 ft – Unbeatable Quality & Durability by Kevin Barbon

I bought this tape to put on the paneling of my apartment door because the door was installed incorrectly and is not sealing well. Used it more as a blackout tool so passers-by couldn't see the light in my apartment and thought my door wasn't locked. Worked great! Even with the friction of opening and closing the door, it holds up much better than the old tape I tried to use and had to re-tap the side panel at least once a week. I've since used this to hide some sharp hooks so my cat doesn't get hurt or snagged on them and this works great for that too. I know this isn't a typical use of duct tape, but I think they show how effective it is! This would be great for use on bare wires from charging cables etc. However, in the past using tape for this purpose resulted in a sticky mess and some residue was left on the cables for about a week after application. I'm not sure if this will be an issue with this brand of tape.
