The ability for employees in different locations/geographies across an organization can be recognized, rewarded & tracked using their unique points system (Brownies).

Also allows managers / supervisors of various levels within organizations access this feature so that they too are able recognize team members efforts as well! I have not found any downsides with brownielist yet!! Would love more customization options like being allowed customize multiple tiers or categories per user etc but overall it's been great thus far. We use BPLS at work which has made tracking our performance very easy since we're all working together from remote offices around globe :)! This program helps us track each other’s contributions towards achieving organizational goals via individual rewards programs called "browniels". It also motivates teams by awarding them "points" when tasks get completed successfully throughout day-to.-by -day activities such task completion time frames set up before hand along w deadlines given out daily during meetings where people.
