I like how easy it is to use for my business needs! The customer service that they provide makes me feel comfortable using their software every day, which helps keep customers coming back so we can continue growing our travel agency!! There are not too many things about this system you dislike once used but sometimes there is an issue with getting paid by another vendor or other issues when having multiple systems in one account (ie- PayPal payment gateway). This does help us maintain consistency of payments across all vendors/payments processors without needing two accounts open at any given time. We have had no problems since switching over from Quickbooks Online accounting solution. It has made managing both daily operations as well as long term planning much easier than before.
