I would only use it if I didn't use my cast iron lids at all๐ข
This product is great but there is very little of it in the bath. and that's not what he said when he was done with that, i'm trying to cook my lid while my cast iron is still bleeding rust and black due to the moisture from the heat of using the cast iron. I need a cast iron cleaner and treatment solution to keep me from having more problems.
