Lots of PSA printed last month and I've tried 8+ brands at Revain looking for the best cheap PETG filament. It's not like this. More strings and boogers than others I've tried. And this one seems to vary in diameter - sometimes tight in the Bowden tube, but sometimes it's ok. Leads to extrusion and delamination defects. The photo shows the last strip printed with this gray material and then switching to another cheap purple filament with no change in setup. The fastest PETG prints need some cleaning up, but this filament is the least stable I've tried. There's always a chance it's a bad reel and I have one in green from the same brand I use but so far it's not impressed. Half Reel Later - Replaced single gear/pinch roller extruder with dual feed extruder. The firmware also increased my extruder drive current by 30% to overcome intermittent feed resistance. The combination of the two fixed almost all the cracks and under-extrusion so the scrap rate on the parts is much better. Still a lot of linen and cleaning compared to other brands. I keep 2 stars and won't buy it again.
