I just received them and my first impression is very good. They have an LED indicator that turns off when fully charged, and they took a very short time to charge. Both worked great and looked well built, with positive clicks in four modes and a heavy-duty elastic strap to keep them in place. The mount is designed to be used as a clip-on without a strap or on a seatpost or seat stays. The literature says they only have 25 lumens, but the light is quite bright and stays bright up to about 45 degrees either side of the straight line. At 90 degrees, the curved light is still bright enough to see from the side as well will. I have a 35 lumen Serfas Thunderbolt LED light, but it's no brighter than either of these lights individually and costs twice as much (one light costs the same as these two sets). Serfas isn't covered by a lifetime warranty either, and while mine worked fine, there are some reviews giving Thunderbolt low ratings for durability. The Thunderbolt has about half the battery life of the Bold II. I'll post more after a few weeks of use, but for now it's two thumbs up.
