I bought this because it had the best placement ideas for me in my car and it was economical after my old one finally started to die. Everything was great at first, with a simple setup and decent sound, but there was an awkward noise in the background, after which it wouldn't connect automatically. It was uncomfortable. I sent them a question and they replied to me the same day and said I had to check. Turns out the cigarette lighter socket was loose, causing both static and reconnecting problems! I tightened it and it works perfectly! Your quick response was very impressive and now the reliable reconnection is amazing! I definitely recommend this product and RStech to everyone!
