Adds a few minutes to the drying time
This extra time helps prevent folk art paint from drying too quickly. It only reduces the drying time by a few minutes, 3 or 4 at most. This is normal for some of my decorative painting projects that I work on quickly. I've also found that it works best with Folk Art brand paints rather than other brand paints.
