Love everything about the mill itself; It does an excellent job of maintaining my favorite grind setting (using the knurled top knob) and grinds smoothly and evenly. No complaints. What I didn't like was the carelessness of the packaging. It was mailed in a soft flexible envelope with other small items. Only a thin, *unsealed* plastic bag was originally enclosed inside. It was partially unpacked when it arrived and one of the smaller pieces had small dents on the top and side of the coffee grinder. At the very least, it should be completely wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid damage in transit. Otherwise, this is the product I was looking for: something that works well and looks like it will last a long time.
