I spent over an hour installing this mount and have to say it feels cheap and doesn't work as well as we hoped. The mount's tilt isn't adjustable when you tighten the Ny-Lock nuts, which wouldn't be an issue if the tilt lock actually worked as intended. Instead, once we adjusted the tilt and tightened it, it slowly drifted forward as if unable to support the TV's weight. We loosened the nuts and that was it. I tried removing the nuts and replacing them with better ones, but found them extremely difficult if not impossible to remove from the bolts. I will never buy this mount again and will most likely order another brand to replace the one just installed.
