The customer service is excellent! They are very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs/concerns & always willing to go above and beyond for us as needed.

I've worked w other managed services providers in the past (both large companies that provide cloud support AND small businesses) but they have by far been my favorite so far. There's no question their team of experts will exceed your expectations!! We had some issues at one point when moving from an older version of Windows 7 - we were not able to log into windows remotely using VNC or RDP without freezing up after about 10 minutes every time. After contacting them immediately, the issue was resolved within hours upon request.
