Sierra Experts Managed IT Services Review

I have used this product for about 4 years now, and there has not been any problem to encounter yet. I think it is one of the best tools in my arsenal that helps me to manage all the servers and devices in my office. There are many features that makes it easy to manage as well. The UI is very user-friendly and there is nothing that comes up as an issue. Sometimes we do face some issues but they are mostly resolved within a few minutes. This software really does help to make us save so much time

The customer service is excellent! They are very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs/concerns & always willing to go above and beyond for us as needed. I've worked w other managed services providers in the past (both large companies that provide cloud support AND small businesses) but they have by far been my favorite so far.
