Worked great on my rear wheel drive car. The first time it took less than 10 minutes than the next time. I've used them 5 times with 60 miles and after washing they still look like new. I would recommend only using them for city breaks. If you're driving on the Autobahn, spend your money on chains or spikes, as they won't get you past 50 km/h. Most of the snow I used them in was about 3 inches and my rear wheel drive car was able to climb hills without the wheels spinning and it helped with stopping too.
