Good set but almost impossible to lock

This lock has a very nice finish and is relatively easy to install if you have the right tools. However, the locking mechanism is almost impossible to operate and you need very strong fingers to pick the lock. If the seller sends me a new one for exchange I will most likely change this rating but as it is it is useless to my customers.
