Perfect looks, perfect size (for our family of two cooks) and it does a great job of cooking! I have it by the stove and I always use it. In general, you should taste the olive oil from time to time to make sure it hasn't gone bad. If you're not cooking all the time, keep the oil in the bottle it came in. But if the oven has a decent amount, go for it! Good quality product from Spain. Highly recommended! I work full time all week and only cook a few evenings during the week + weekends so this size is perfect for us!
