Review on 🗺️ Magellan RoadMate 2200T: Reliable 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Navigator by Pranav Osman

I am very happy with the performance of the product itself. It's fairly intuitive to use and gives sensible, clear instructions. It quickly recalculates routes after missed turns. The score for product performance alone would be a 5. Conversely, for the physical design and construction of the device, the score would be a 1. I only had the device for 3 weeks before the connector that plugs into the power cord broke. Magellan repaired the device for free, but they took their time doing it (Note 3). I ordered the protective case and power adapter the day I received the device (2 months ago). After calling support (more on that later), the case will probably ship, but I have no idea when I'll get the AC adapter. And I had no luck finding accessories locally. Result 1. Calls to service (to service a broken unit and get an explanation of waiting for accessories) were hit or miss. Language was definitely an issue on both calls. After explaining that the website has been telling me for 2 months that my ordered items are pending, the employee on the phone just told me that they will be shipped as soon as they are available (but he had no idea when that will be). ). A day after the call, one of the items is said to be shipped. Hm. Grade 2. As long as I don't have any other problems with the device, its performance outweighs other problems. It really does what it's supposed to and is easy to use.
