A piece of absolute garbage. NEGATIVE 12 Stars

This is not affiliated with the third party. I exchanged it once and they were AMAZING but they are no longer available. The first time it was damaged at the factory. See attached picture. I called Verbatim and was told I would have to wait 4 weeks for them to honor their guarantee. So I exchanged it through a wonderful seller. NOW I have one that won't stay on and is missing the USB Bluetooth from the sealed box. IT COMES FROM AVAILABLE so. With the first mouse, I left three emails to their customer service and got no response. I then called their head office and got no answer. The mouse fits perfectly in your hand, QUIET. However, I can't get one from the manufacturer that has all the parts and works correctly. UPDATE 11/02/2020Mouse wheel worn out. It's still quiet, but doesn't scroll properly. Very disappointed with VERBATIM. UPDATE: December 23rd Called tech support as instructed by their FB contact. The technician told me maybe the parts are missing because I didn't pay the right price. I didn't seem to notice at the time that the mouse was missing a NANO receiver and that two sets of batteries were tried, but the mouse would not stay on and after being turned off it would not turn on until the power button was pressed. Now they tell me I have to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer. PLEASE NOTE THE SELLER WAS FANTASTIC, they are out of stock and I am dealing with VERBATIM for this return. THIS is a complete BS. I don't understand why I should have to pay the manufacturer for the return shipping when it is obviously the manufacturer's fault. Also, their full NO customer service is beyond terrible for a big tech company. I will keep updating. UPDATE 6/1/2020 I sent a message to their FB page and found that the FB operator "Contactโ€ in their customer service center was made aware of my case. I have contacted the BBB and it seems the issues with their CC team are an ongoing issue that have existed since 2017. I still haven't heard anything after following the instructions. During my call, a cc agent told me that I might be missing parts because I didn't pay the "correct price". MY nano receiver is missing from the factory packaging. Also, it doesn't stay on for more than 10 seconds. It's terrible, terrible. I have never seen so much money transfer within one company. I have a case number, I sent them the information they asked for and they still haven't done anything to honor their guarantee. I wish I had paid for it via Paypal on Amazon then I would have some sort of support. I ran out of 30 day return to seller for waiting for verbatim and seller says they are out of stock anyway. WILL continue to update. ATTENTION LITERALLY. UPDATE 1/11/2020 Finally, after threatening to call the BBB. I saw action. I now have a mouse with all the parts that seems to work so far. Let's see, because my confidence is a bit shaken.
