Perfect entry-level GPS

This is my first GPS that I bought solely for geocaching purposes - see geocaching dot com - and is recommended on this site as the cheapest GPS to take you to this new sport can participate in the object search placed by others by longitude and latitude. Well the device certainly works for that, although you have to either set the location of the waypoint manually and then change its latitude and longitude by manual input and I can obviously only find a SERIAL cable to connect it to the PC while that Mac doesn't have serial ports. The easter egg hunts geeks. This year I placed Easter egg caches all over town and my 12 year old son went on an Easter egg hunt by waypoints. Need a premium pedometer? I like to walk and you can set a waypoint as soon as you get out of the car and when you exit the device you'll see your average speed, total distance traveled and time all at once. You can use it to measure hiking trails, a path around a lake that you walk 3 times a week, etc. I mean why pay $25 for a pedometer to put in your car when you can get THIS can cost less than $100. ?3. Lots of useful info, for example home to office exactly 30 miles in a straight line and on the road - 48. You know you're driving at 82mph only to look down and find out that's it . This device EXTREMELY accurately measures your speed on the Autobahn. So I'm just starting to learn how to use it. Of course, this device doesn't have street maps, it's not in color, and it has a crappy connection to a computer with an extra serial cable. But for less than $100 you enter the world of GPS and I keep finding ways to use this little sucker. So take it!
