My time spent with IVITA was filled with nothing but frustration and dissatisfaction. In spite of the extensive variety of products that the website offers, the quality of the things that I purchased was below average. The dolls were of poor quality, with garments and accessories that were made of thin fabric and were easily damaged. To make matters even worse, the customer support was not helpful and did not respond to any of my inquiries. When I tried to contact someone about the problems I was having with my purchase, I was treated with indifference, and I got the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The procedure for placing a purchase was also difficult. I had a hard time navigating the website, and as a result, it was difficult for me to locate the information that I required. Due to a problem with the shipping, I was unable to get my purchase in the allotted amount of time. My interaction with IVITA as a whole was underwhelming, and as a result, I will not be recommending this business to other people. The poor quality of the products, combined with the difficult purchasing process and the unresponsiveness of the customer service, made for a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience overall. As a loyal consumer, I am extremely disappointed by IVITA, and as a result, I will not be making any more purchases from them in the foreseeable future.
