After using these pens several times I am completely satisfied with this product. The mascara is bright and colorful and the brushes are soft and very easy to use. I am very new to these pens and had so much fun with them. The extra water brush is also nice and makes blending easier. Combined with the fact that Castle Art is such a caring company (they emailed me 3 times which is a bit redundant but I appreciate they wanted everything to be perfect) I couldn't help it than giving them 5 stars.
