I bought two of these and two StarTech Mini Displayport extension cables - perfect match for my home and office furnishings. I use my laptop screen and three 19" full screen monitors at the same time - no problem. We ended up getting a few more of these at work after seeing how well they work with my setup. This hub works as advertised and is worth the money. Those who have reported problems with screen flickering are most likely having problems with their computer hardware (graphics card), not this unit. When I first plugged in the hub, two monitors continued to flicker - it drove me insane.Then I realized I'm running all 4 screens with a cheap Intel integrated graphics card in my laptop. I immediately switched to the NVIDIA 1060 and have not had a single monitor flicker since. Generally, make sure your GPU can handle it, no matter how many monitors you're trying to render before you just assume it can handle it - and you should be dead right be g.
