Might work for you, maybe not.
Looks simple and it is! But the silicone is incredibly thin and stuck to my epoxy the first time and couldn't be removed without ripping it apart. I don't use craft grade epoxy, I use eco epoxy, water glass and stone coated epoxy so epoxy isn't an issue here. Even in areas that appeared to come off smoothly, small bits of silicone were torn off.
