Started by putting a large garbage bag on the kitchen table, then placed the vacuum cleaner on it, loosened the 6 screws holding the black plastic, creating a lot of dust, and also I found the last screw holding the entire front of the vacuum cleaner together and removed the roller after deciding to soak all the plastic parts except the roller in hot water and dawn. I then used acetone to remove old belt marks from the motor spindle and used acetone on a cloth to clean the entire brush from brown to white, continued cleaning and sprayed a large amount of wd. -40 on each side of the rink where the jacks are. Dirt and other dirt came out so I sprayed and poured in a small amount of acetone and wd40, shook and scrubbed until clear/clear. Then I took a small piece of 220 grit paper and lightly rubbed the area on the roller where the tape sits. After I put the clear plastic back on the bracket it's a screw then I took the new tape and stretched it a little and put it on the roller then took the other end and put it on the motor and then the roller with it the free side installed in place and then side with strips. And now it works great, they design these cheaper models to fail faster and leave big gaps for small rocks to destroy bearings and whatnot. These bands fit just like they should, it's not the bands fault that your reels are full of crap.
