Impressive Sturdy Blade

The Kessaku 8-inch chef knife stainless has an amazing sharp blade. BASED on my observations i can say that it cuts through vegetables as if they were butter .The knife has an excellent balance which makes it easy to hold and control, saving me time and effort in the kitchen. However, it doesn`t come with a protective sheath which could have helped in maintaining its sharpness for long. Overall, a great buy for a durable chef knife with an impressive sturdy blade that will surely last for years..
