These sealants seal so well. We were experiencing a cold draft in our house last winter until I narrowed the source down to electrical outlets. Now we have no drafts and no heat. You also save on electricity costs. A year later we will really notice a difference throughout the year. Apparently the house's insulation didn't cover the outlets, but these sealants did. Aside from being cooler last summer, the house heats up faster, stays much warmer and heating is cheaper this winter, these sealers are the only change we've made. Everyone should install them! Update on reviews: I've read reviews saying they are too small. I live in an old house that was later insulated and some of the sockets were in a larger hole. I just cut out some other caps to get stripes, used painters tape to add stripes on the outside of the pre-cut pieces and that solved the problem of the insulators being too small. I've also read reviews about just closing the outside wall boxes. I also covered the openings in the inner walls because just as much cold air flowed through them as through the openings in the outer walls. It really works.
