Excellent quality. Nicely decorated.

I use these weights with Easy Fermenter wide mouth lids. Easy Fermenter Wide Mouth Lid Kit: Simplified fermentation in jars, not slow cookers! Prepare sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, or other fermented probiotic foods. 3 lids, extraction pump and electronic recipe book - no mold This is a very good setup that makes fermentation hassle free. I lower the weights, screw on the lids and after a couple of weeks the veggies are well fermented and ready to eat. Handles/grips embedded in the lid facilitate removal without taking up valuable vertical space inside the can.
