Love it.: Heating, Cooling & Air Quality

May 2019 Update: One year later and it's still working; My son rode it all year round, even in winter, but only at night. We haven't had to change the water tank yet, just keep the filter clean. May 24, 2018: Just installed it today, so I'm not rating the product's durability, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I'm not there yet I can say I bought it for the room that gets the most direct sunlight and is always 10 degrees or more warmer than the rest of the house. This is an unfortunate room. Everything you need for the window and all hoses included. Instructions and installation were easy and clear even for this old lady. The room cools down very quickly and is very comfortable.
