I use this pan every day. I use it at 25% heat on my electric stove, I never try to run it dry, I fry it with some oil, some rapeseed oil or olive oil when the pan has reached temperature. I only use silicone utensils. When I'm done cooking, I wipe away the residue with a paper towel and it stays perfectly clean. After the pot has completely cooled, I wash it inside and out with some washing-up liquid, a soft sponge and dry it with a towel. I treat them like the most expensive pan, they should last a long time.
