A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Tired of fan noise. I also strained the FPS drawdown when recording games on video in 4k. The temperature of the processor, even without much load, often approached 100 degrees.
A year ago, I changed the thermal paste to mx4, which stopped coping after a month and a half. Apparently she was too hot and degraded.
I decided to use liquid metal first, but after reading a lot of reviews, I realized that this is too dangerous a solution for a laptop.
I found tests comparing various thermal interfaces.
Noctua NT-H2 was only slightly inferior to liquid metal. Yes, and the maximum operating temperatures declared by the manufacturer, with a large margin. I use two months. All is good.

Pros

The laptop with i7 8750 and gtx1060 became quiet when working with office applications and graphic editors. In the tests, points increased by 30 percent. Increased FPS in games. Three wipes included.

Cons

Expensive.

Got pros: Well, so-so, at high temperatures on a laptop, more than 90 degrees, it quickly lost its properties. Some cons: For this amount, there is no person in the kit who will apply thermal paste.
