Review on Ranet OLAP by Benjamin Robinson

I like that you can make any size table with this program, it's very easy to use! It is not as simple or intuitive as something similar but if anyone would be looking to do more advanced OLAP reporting then Ranet will definitely work well without needing much technical assistance from them - they are always friendly and helpful whenever needed. The fact that I don't have to learn programming when using ranet makes me love having this software available so easily. There really isn't anything negative about this tool. As long as your input file has correct column headings of which dimension/factors you want included within each row (all dimensions should be listed somewhere), there shouldn't be any problems running these types of reports. Using Ranet for our organization allows us to quickly pull up all relevant information at one time, regardless of where we are located around campus. I like the way it allows to create different pivot tables with different filters and the way it allows to create interactive reports.
