Some features are not that user friendly so if you're using this product then try improving those features by adding more customization options or better UI design. Also I would like there should be some filters added into tender section such that we could filter our search results according to state/city etc. This will make searching process much faster than going through each & every bid one after another manually. As mentioned above also add filters within city wise and states wise option available. It does wonders when used properly. You get lot many benefits out here which include time management (all your bids are saved), easy access and also helps save your energy too because now no need to go back again nagain just click few buttons only instead do everything manually.
