Their customer service is unparalleled! I really appreciate how they listen to us when we have concerns or questions about our accounts for their software applications as well. They are always willing & able to address any issue right away no matter what stage of implementation it may be in. The integration between my billing application (Healthworks) was seamless which made day 2 so much easier than expected!! There's not too many things but everything works great together without having multiple separate platforms like some other providers do today. All health records seamlessly transfer into one easy system once set within HealthWorks via "Practice Partners". I like how easy it is to use and access my notes from anywhere. I dislike that there are no reminders for when I need to see a patient. There should be an option for reminders just in case I forget about seeing a patient. It's a great tool for keeping track of appointments for myself and my staff. We have been able to streamline our scheduling process which has helped us get more done in less time.
